NIK-ELEKTRO doo
● In 2004, NIK-elektro, having already grown into a mature company, was registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC).
● The following year, in 2005, hungry for new challenges, NIK-elektro expanded its business activities! In addition to the retail sale of electrical materials, it began designing electrical installations and lightning protection systems.
The more areas it discovered along its journey, the more new and mysterious challenges sparked its imagination and inspired it to engage in feverish creative activity!
Driven by an inner impulse, the company began conducting inspections and testing of electrical installations, further strengthening its professional expertise and human resources;
it expanded its sales department with a wide range of lighting products — decorative, industrial, street, special-purpose and, of course, residential lighting;
it began designing and installing video surveillance systems;
And then it realized that Petrovac, its birthplace, was too small for its rapidly growing potential, so it began expanding its business activities in every direction!
Development and expansion
● In 2014, he opened a retail store in Smederevska Palanka!
● In 2015, he did the same in Smederevo, followed by another store in Velika Plana in 2017!
● Naturally, this came as no surprise to those who know him well, as early as 2012, while still a teenager, he had already received non-refundable funding from the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development through an energy-efficiency development project, which supported the further growth of his business.
● In 2017 and 2018, NIK-Elektro, following its guiding principle of always striving to do things faster, better and more — especially more, expanded its fleet by purchasing two hydraulic aerial platforms with working heights of 10 and 14 metres. In this way, this ambitious and tireless young entrepreneur, NIK-Elektro, has enabled his associates every year to respond to a broader range of customer requirements, which he is both willing and capable of meeting!
● Thus, during 2018 and 2019, as part of the implementation of an energy-efficiency programme through a public-private partnership, NIK-Elektro carried out the complete replacement of street lighting, installing LED lighting in several municipalities across Serbia.
As time goes by, NIK-Elektro continues to grow, becoming increasingly mature and successful, both professionally and personally. As we have already mentioned, he is building a family, creating a future, and giving greater meaning to his work and activities!
Today, NIK-Elektro, as a serious and mature company, operates according to the principles of modern business communication, consistently adhering to all requirements, procedures and guidelines aligned with its quality management system across all areas of operation. At the same time, the company strictly aligns and harmonises its business activities with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as European standards, with the aim of achieving excellence and the highest possible level of quality in the performance of its activities.
As part of this commitment to quality and responsible business practices, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Excellent certificates were implemented at the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019. NIK-Elektro is also currently working towards obtaining the new ISO 45001:2018 certification, relating to occupational health and safety.
In addition to these elements of modern business practice incorporated into its operations, NIK-Elektro places great emphasis on its communication with associates and business partners, basing its relationships on respect, trust, consistency and mutual understanding as the most stable and reliable foundation for successful long-term cooperation.
